Payroll, personnel, and financial information are also in this class because of privacy requirements. Photoinspection.com Inc. gathers, obtains and uses personal information for only one reason; to facilitate the payment of services for customers utilizing our online credit card pre-payment feature. This is necessary to ensure that we can continue to provide an open service to all individuals with no reliance upon establishment of a terms based account requiring a formal background and detailed credit analysis.

How Photoinspection.com Inc. Protects Personal Information

Photoinspection.com Inc. takes the issue of protecting your personal information very seriously. Personal and High Risk information is collected and transmitted using secure socket layer (SSL) encryption, is kept in an electronic database with controlled access limited to authorized staff, or individuals under their direct supervision. Paper copies of that information are kept either in a separate office with a door that is locked when the office is not occupied by authorized staff, or in a locked filing cabinet or storage facility if that information includes financial details such as bank account or credit card numbers.

We retain your personal information only as long as it is required for the reasons it was collected or as required by law. The length of time we retain information varies depending on the nature of the service and the nature of the information. Generally, the information is kept for a period of (45) days after the completion of services. This period may extend beyond the end of your relationship with us but only for so long as it is legally necessary for us to have sufficient information to respond to any issues that may arise at a later date. When your personal information is no longer needed or required, we have procedures to destroy, delete, erase or convert it to an anonymous form.

Passwords required for website and e-mail access are masked through visual encryption and are subject to automatic expiration every (60) days. Accounts not utilized for a period of (60) days are disabled, and at the (90) day point of inactivity, deleted altogether. New user accounts are managed by a designated team of employee-based professionals, and access to active usernames and passwords is not at all available to any Photoinspection.com Inc. employees outside of this core team.

FTP access is secured through traditional security methods, while the options to utilize secure and advanced encryption technologies are available upon request.

How We Obtain Your Consent for Using Your Personal Information

SSL creates a shared digital key, which only lets the sender and the receiver of the transmission scramble or unscramble information. To everyone else, even the servers relaying the message, the SSL transmission is indecipherable. SSL encryption can only be broken by intercepting the encrypted message, recording it, and using a computer to try every possible combination until the key is cracked. Most keys range from 40 to 1,024 digits long...as you can imagine, the number of possible combinations can be into the billions and beyond!

Ok, so how about encryption?

Encryption is based on the mathematical scrambling and unscrambling of messages. The type of encryption we use assigns two keys - one is a public key and one is a private key. When you send us a message, you use our public key to encrypt your message. Once we receive your encrypted message, we use the private key to decode it. The same key cannot both encrypt and decrypt information. So, information encrypted using the private key can only be decrypted using the public key, and vice-versa ensuring the security of your information.

Will I receive e-mail from Photoinspection.com Inc.?

Yes. But only one single e-mail confirmation for each order you place online with us. Photoinspection.com Inc. currently does not deliver any form of unsolicited e-mails to its online credit card users. BACKGROUND CHECK CONSENT

AUTHORIZATION TO PROCURE CONSUMER REPORTS

Many of Photoinspection.com Inc. customers may and do require any individuals and vendors performing physical surveys on their behalf to meet minimum guidelines and expectations in an effort to ensure the ultimate safety, security, and overall experience and satisfaction of their clients. As a result, Photoinspection.com Inc. reserves the right to conduct a background check at the applicant’s expense.

The background check process will not physically occur until the applicant completes the entire recruiting procedure and enters into a formal Independent Contractor Agreement.

As an independent contractor and designated industry professional, the applicant agrees that the associated cost for the background check shall be their responsibility. Upon formal activation, a charge of will be deducted from the applicant’s semi-monthly fees payable to them to cover this initial pre-screening cost.

Such investigation will require the submission to Photoinspection.com Inc. of information about the Applicants social security number (SSN), date of birth (DOB) and drivers license number (DL). All relevant information necessary will be collected upon execution of the formal Independent Contractor Agreement when an applicant is called upon for activation.

I hereby give Photoinspection.com Inc. and/or its designees permission and authority to conduct a background investigation and consent to any investigation Photoinspection.com Inc. and/or any of its designees may make including, but not limited to, information as to driving record, social security information, criminal history and other information contained in public records.

I am aware that the result of any background investigation performed by Photoinspection.com Inc. and/or its designees is not the sole criteria used by Photoinspection.com Inc. in making a decision to hire or not hire, or to contract or not contract any individual including me. I am also aware that any falsification or misrepresentation of information appearing on my application shall be grounds for my not being hired or contracted.

I hereby release all persons, companies, corporations or individuals from all liability and responsibility that may result from providing Photoinspection.com Inc. and/or its designees the information set out herein, including but not limited to, any claims whatsoever for defamation, fraud, misrepresentation, intentional or negligent interference with prospective business relations or contract, breach of contract (including settlement agreement), negligent or intentional infliction of emotional distress, discrimination violation of public policy, and any other potential claims, demands, damages, liabilities and/or actions of any kind whatsoever, whether known or unknown to me.

I have carefully read this Release and Authorization for Background Investigation and have voluntarily agreed to its terms to assist Photoinspection.com Inc. in evaluating my qualifications for consideration, and in meeting the business necessity of hiring and/or contracting honest, trustworthy, reliable and non-violent Contractors. I additionally agree to fully cooperate with Photoinspection.com Inc. in permitting the release of the above information and reports. Finally, I understand that the information generated, received or maintained during or as a result of its investigation, will be maintained as confidential information, and that if denied, Photoinspection.com Inc. will release such information to me upon my written request.

I understand that none of the documents, policies, procedures, actions, statements of Photoinspection.com Inc. or its representatives used during the registration process is deemed a contract of formal association, real or implied. I understand that no representative of Photoinspection.com Inc. except the President has the authority to enter into any agreement guaranteeing any conditions of association or any agreement contrary to the foregoing statements and that any such agreements must be made in writing and signed by the President of Photoinspection.com Inc..

I understand that due to the nature of Photoinspection.com Inc. business, prompt time service and key interpersonal communication skills are considered essential requirements of every service contract with Photoinspection.com Inc., and that poor overall performance will result in a reduction of assignments or outright termination of services.
